Shipping Cost
MUSCASES offers free standard shipping on all eligible orders to supported shipping destinations.
No additional standard shipping charges will be applied at checkout for eligible countries and regions.
Please note that customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, or other fees charged by your country or local authorities are not included in our product prices and may be the responsibility of the customer where applicable.
Order Processing Time
After your order is placed, we usually need 1–3 business days to process your order, prepare your items, and arrange shipment.
Order processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time
Our estimated delivery time is generally 7–14 business days after the order has been shipped.

Tracking Information

If there are no tracking updates for several days, it does not necessarily mean that your package is lost. Some shipments may experience temporary tracking delays due to carrier scans, customs clearance, or local delivery processing.
No Tracking Update for Several Days
If your tracking information has not updated for several days, please first allow the carrier additional time to update the tracking status.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
MUSCASES is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
